Problem-solving through design keeps me motivated. Good design engages users thus more business.

My journey from Print, Web Design, and User Interface Design to User Experience Design for Web, Mobile, Digital Publishing, and Enterprise Applications has provided me with the opportunity to design and apply innovative user-centric solutions across domains. I have handled small to large projects for both B2B and B2C products effectively as a lead and an individual contributor.

I love to be part of a team that shares knowledge, is self-motivated, motivates each other, and brings out their best.

Visiting faculty at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT)

Semester 1, Masters of Design (MDes)

Bangalore, India

I was very fortunate to be a visiting faculty at the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore. It was a great experience teaching Masters of Design students where I could share my knowledge and experience. During this time, students and I had built a strong bond and it was hard and emotional towards the end of my tenure for the semester. I am really grateful to have received such a wonderful opportunity and will always treasure the same.

A farewell gift of a hand-drawn portrait of me from one of my students. My farewell party was a surprise from the students and I was humbled and touched by their gesture. We all keep in touch and regularly interact on UX and career topics.

Dribbble meetup at Neudesic was one of the large-scale events I organized in 2019. Members from different teams volunteered to be part of the organizing committee and their support was overwhelming. The whole event was well planned, coordinated, rehearsed, and brilliantly executed. The success of this event was only possible because of the immense effort put in by all the team members and complete support from the management.

2. DESIGN Wednesdays@Neudesic

This is one of the smaller team-building activities I organized every Wednesday of the week. The intent was to bring members from different departments together and execute a given creative task. Activities such as this were icebreaking sessions for many and brought cross-functional team members together for a common fun goal.  These smaller events helped me to plan and execute the larger event like the Dribbble meetup possible and successful.

My role: Planning of creative tasks, coordination, and execution.

3. DESIGN Thursdays@Edgeverve

Design Wednesdays were a fun and creative activity organized by me and my friend and colleague Joms at Edgeverve. The core concept was Design Thinking but applicable variations across multiple fields. Mostly it was competitive tasks to bring the best out of each team.

My role: Planning, coordination, and supported creatives.
